What are Perforated Base Hangers?
Perforated base hangers feature a perforated base plate with multiple holes and an extended pin or nail.. These hangers are fixed to surfaces using adhesive.

Installation Method
- See manufacturers detailed installation instructions prior to use
- Before using, the user must test this product to determine its suitability for their specific application.
- Clean parent surface area.
- Apply adhesive to the hanger. Prepare only one hanger at a time.
- Select hanger location then press hanger firmly into place with a twisting motion to assure an even spread of adhesive.
- Allow adhesive to cure thoroughly before installing insulation or other materials. A minimum of 24-48 hours is required.
- Hang insulation or other materials and secure with self locking washers or caps.

Self-Adhesive Insulation Hangers
What are Self-Adhesive Hangers?
Self-adhesive insulation hangers (also known as peel and press hangers) feature a pre-applied pressure-sensitive adhesive backing. These hangers require no welding, drilling, or special equipment—simply peel off the protective backing and press firmly to the surface.

- To be installed onto clean flat surfaces where the host metal surface operates at temperatures between 0°C to 60°C. Outside these temperatures the hangers will fall off the host surface.

- Application temperature: Best results are obtained when ambient temperature during application is between +15°C and 48°C (+60°F and 120°F)
- Not suitable for high-temperature industrial applications

Installation Method

- Before using, the user must test this product to determine its suitability for their specific application.
- Wipe parent surface clean.
- When ready to apply, peel off protective paper release backing.
- Select hanger location, position hanger on one edge of its base, then press hanger firmly into place.
- Hang insulation and secure with self locking washers.
Surface Compatibility
Do not use on:
- Any concretes
- Any wood surfaces
- Single ply roof decks
- Metal buildings
- Any surface where reverse (apposite) side may be exposed to heat concentrations caused by sunlight etc direct or otherwise
- Not generally recommended for use on painted surfaces
